These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Willify's mobile application and website (the “Service”). By using Willify, you agree to these Terms.
Willify is a marketplace connecting shoppers with independent local stores (“sellers”). Willify provides the platform; sellers are responsible for their own products, pricing, fulfilment, and customer service.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be 18 or older to use the Service.
When you place an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable delivery charges. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Orders are fulfilled by the seller you purchase from.
Refunds and returns are handled in line with the applicable seller's terms and the process provided within the Service. Please review order details before purchasing.
Sellers are independent businesses, solely responsible for their listings, product information, fulfilment, and compliance with applicable laws. A seller's presence on Willify is subject to their active subscription and our approval.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by posting unlawful content, infringing others' rights, disrupting the Service, or using it fraudulently.
The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Willify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from transactions between shoppers and sellers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
